I just did my annual list of the top IFBB Bikini pros and here is the beautiful young lady that came in at the top.
Jessica Jessie.
Jessica is a female personal trainer, certified nutritionist and at one time she was a NFL Washington Redskin Cheerleader.
I've read that she was from both Fairfax, Virginia and Rockville, Maryland, so I dont really know.
Jessica went from the NPC ranks to the IFBB Bikini Pro division in 2010.
Before that, she was destroying the NPC division...

The Women of the 2011 Olympia Weekend

The Women of the 2011 Olympia Weekend

Earlier this year I did a write up on one of the biggest competitions held by the IFBB (International Federation of BodyBuilding and Fitness), The 2011 IFBB Arnold Classic, Ms. International, Fitness International and Figure International.
Well now the other major competition for the year is over.
Joe Weider's Olympia Weekend ran this year from September 15th to the 18th.
Of course most of the big names were there, but I missed seeing a few listed that I figured would show up there.
Anyway, like I said, the weekend is history now, and here are the big winners....



Ms. Olympia
The Ms. Olympia title has been around since 1980.
The winner this year is the same lady that won at The Arnold, Iris Kyle.
Besides winning the Arnold title six times, this is the sixth time she has won Ms. Olympia.
This ties her with the legendary Cory Everson.

This is the second time Nicole has won the title, but not in a row.
Last year Erin Stern broke her run.

The Fitness Olympia title was started in 1995.

Oksana Grishina - Russian Fitness Beauty

It's been quite awhile since I have done anything on Russian fitness beauty Oksana Grishina, back in 2009 actually.
But I think this may be Oksana's year in fitness, so here's a quick update.
This five foot four, 116 pound fitness competitor was born on March 25th, 1978 in Kaliningrad Russia.
Oksana started gymnastics at the age of seven which from what I understand, is kinda late in Russia.



Oksana recently joined Team Gaspari and her teammates include fitness beauties Krissy Chin, Ava Cowan, Stacey Oster Thompson, Marzia Prince and Trish Warren.
She has also appeared in Flex, IronMan and other fitness magazines.
Oksana is married, and her husband's (who is also her coach) name is Boris.

Miriam Sanchez - Spain Body Fitness Champion

This beautiful young lady is Miriam Sanchez.
Miriam is a fitness trainer from San Pedro del Pinatar, Spain, and besides fitness, she's into Flamenco dancing and Harley Davidson riding.
She was the Spain Bodyfitness Champion in 2006, 2007 and 2008.
Miriam came in 5th at the IFBB European Womens Bodybuilding, Fitness and Body Fitness in Cacak, Serbia in 2007 and 5th at the 2007 IFBB World Womens Championships in Santa Susanna Spain.
Miriam also came in 1st place at the Princess Kalina Fitness Cup on March 14th, 2008 in Sophia, Bulgaria.
She also came in 13th in NPC Figure Class E at the 2009 Arnold Classic.

Nicole Wilkins-Lee - Fitness and Figure Competitor

This is fitness / figure competitor Nicole Wilkins-Lee.
This five foot seven, 144 pound fitness beauty was born on February 5th, 1984 in Royal Oak, Michigan.
Like a lot of other fitness stars, Nicole started out in gymnastics.
As a matter of fact, she was a competitive gymnast for twelve years.
But because of some knee surgeries, she had to re-think her future.
After she attended the 2002 Arnold Classic, she knew what that future was.
Nicole got her IFBB Figure and Fitness cards back in 2007 at the same contest.
No small feat.

Louise Rogers - IFBB European Figure Pro

This beautiful young lady is IFBB European Figure Pro and fitness model Louise Rogers.
Louise was born on May 22nd, 1982 in Dorchester, Dorset, England.
In her first year of competing, she took first place at the UKBFF 2008 Body Building Championships.
Louise stands five foot eight and weighs 126 pounds.

So far I can only find two female fitness competitions she has competed in...

Like a few other figure models, Louise has the ability to go from soft to ripped quite easily, as you can see from the first and second pics.

Brandy Leaver

This beautiful young lady is Ms. Hawaiian Tropic 2005, FLEX magazine bikini contest winner and amateur figure competitor Brandy Leaver.
Well she WAS an amateur, according to her Twitter, on August 3rd 2010, Brandy became an IFBB Pro.
Brandy was born on March 05, 1983 in Waimanalo, Hawaii.
She's five foot six, 125 pounds and her measurements are 36D-26-36.
Watch yourself around her guys....
Not only is her husband the massive Brandon Curry, but Brandy wrestled for four years in high school and boxed.

Zhanna Rotar - IFBB Figure Pro

This beautiful young lady is IFBB Figure Pro Zhanna Rotar.
Zhanna is five foot three and weighs 116 pounds.
She was born on August 2, 1980 in Chernivtsi, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union.
(You may be familiar with another Chernivtsi native, Mila Kunis)
When she was 16, Zhanna and her family migrated to the U.S., and they settled in Seattle Washington.
While attending a community college, she joined a gym and tried several programs before deciding on weightlifting.
She really got into it and set a goal of becoming a fitness competitor, however, when the Figure division was created, she saw that as a better fit.
Since 2002, Zhanna has racked up an impressive list of female fitness competitions....

Norma Carrasquilla - Female Fitness Competitor

This absolutely stunning young lady is fitness competitor, fitness model, glamor model and three time Colombian Fitness Champion, Norma Carrasquilla.
There, I blew almost everything I know about her in one sentence.
I do know she was born on May 8th, 1908, she's 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 130 well placed pounds.
I read that she was a three time Colombian Fitness Champion, but I cant find out what championships they were, so that kinda eliminates the contest history section.
