It's been quite awhile since I have done anything on Russian fitness beauty Oksana Grishina, back in 2009 actually. But I think this may be Oksana's year in fitness, so here's a quick update. This five foot four, 116 pound fitness competitor was born on March 25th, 1978 in Kaliningrad Russia. Oksana started gymnastics at the age of seven which from what I understand, is kinda late in Russia.
Oksana recently joined Team Gaspari and her teammates include fitness beauties Krissy Chin, Ava Cowan, Stacey Oster Thompson, Marzia Prince and Trish Warren. She has also appeared in Flex, IronMan and other fitness magazines. Oksana is married, and her husband's (who is also her coach) name is Boris.

IFBB Fitness Pro Min Yung Kim was born on February 8th, 1970 in South Korea. She is a Gymnastics Instructor, Personal -Trainer and Fitness Model. She has been in several fitness competitions, among them the 1998 Jan Tana Pro Fitness Classic, 1999 World Pro Fitness and the 2000 Atlantic City Pro-Fitness Classic. Min has also graced the covers of a ton of magazines including MuscleMag, IronMan, Flex and Oxygen.
Melissa Mok was another popular fitness model and female fitness competitor from the 90s. Melissa was a bit larger than some of the other girls, but her sleek, balanced physique made her a stand out. This five foot six, 135 pound fitness beauty came in 4th at the 1995 Canadian Fitness Championships, 10th at the 1996 IFBB Jan Tana Pro and 8th at the Women’s World Pro Fitness Championships. She also appeared in fitness magazines like Ironman, Flex, and she was on the cover of the July 1996 issue of Women's Fitness and Bodybuilding.
Kim Hartt is a Canadian born IFBB Professional Fitness Competitor. She has been in tons of magazines, Flex Magazine, Muscle and Fitness and IronMan Magazine, just to name a few. She has an excellent website here: www.kimhartt.com/
