Ocean Bloom, Another Look

And here we have actress, certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, female fitness model and fitness champion, Ocean Bloom.
Ocean is one of those women that have been able to combine size with a sleek, powerful physique.
The last time I featured her I didn't say much about the movie work this beautiful lady has done, so let me correct that.
She appeared in "Stargate SG-1" four times, three of those were as a female Jaffa.
If you watched Stargate you know what a Jaffa is.
If you didn't watch it, think "Female Warrior".
Ocean has also appeared in "Psych" twice and she appeared in the 2002 movie I Spy.

In print, Ocean has appeared in in Musclemag, Ironman, Oxygen, Natural Bodybuilding, Woman’s Physique World, Healthy Living Guide and Shared Vision.

Ocean has a long contest history in women's fitness competitions starting with a 1st place win in the 1997 BodyMax Bodybuilding competition.
That was followed by 1st place wins at the 1997 BC Junior Bodybuilding Championship, the 1998 BC Fitness competition, the 2000 World Natural Sports Fitness competition, the 2003 Fitness America West, the 2005 FAME World's Pro Fitness, the 2007 FAME Naturals Pro Figure and the 2007 FAME National Muscle.

Trina Goosby Updates

I haven't done an entry on this lovely lady in almost two years, so here's some more info.....

Trina Goosby was born on March 18, 1977 in Dearborn Heights Michigan and grew up in Antigo, a small town in Northern Wisconsin.
She is 5 feet tall and weighs around 105-110 pounds.
Trina is a (here we go again) a NPC Figure and Fitness Competitor, Fitness Model, Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor.
She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology.
Like I have said before, these ladies are not content to excel in just one thing!

She was born in Kaliningrad, Russia.
This 5'3", 116 lbs lady started her professional career while working in a Fitness Club as a personal trainer.

Fitness model Marzia Prince

This is one of those fitness models I could devote an entire blog to.
Marzia Prince was born in Dallas, Texas.
She is a fitness model, but she has a LOT more cred than that.
Mariza is a (take a deep breath) Cooper Certified Personal Trainer, a Physical Fitness Specialist, a Pre/Postnatal Fitness Instructor, trained in the Biomechanics of Resistance Training, a Fitness Specialist for Older Adults (65+), she has her Nutrition Certification and is CPR Certified!
That's besides being drop dead gorgeous!
Did I mention that back in May she won the The Lyzabeth Lopex Fame Classic Bikini Competition?
And she's also the magazine model for Gaspari Nutrition.
I wonder if I left anything out?
Oh yeah, her sister is a model also, Lisa Chandler aka Alizia Gutierrez.
