Stephanie Mahoe is a Vitrix Model Team Member, a Demo Representative, a NPC Bikini Competitor and a fitness model Before getting into fitness modeling and bikini competitions, Stephanie had a life long love of physical activity with soccer, surfing (she was born and raised in Hawaii), softball, track, water polo and she worked as a personal trainer. She's five foot five, 121 pounds and her measurements are 34-26-35. This lovely young lady is fitness model and female personal trainer Erika Thompson. Erika is five foot four, weighs 110 pounds and was born in Montevideo, Uruguay, but she now resides in Manhattan Beach, California. Before becoming a fitness model, she was into dance and gymnastics. Erika came to the US when she was 21 and became a personal trainer and model, appearing on the cover of magazines like IronMan and Muscle Mag. She has also done ads for for 4+ nutrition.
Now her goals have shifted off of being one of the top female fitness models, and onto Hollywood.
I just finished doing a write up on the 2011 IFBB Figure Pros (like I did with the IFBB Bikini Pros) and in doing that write up, one woman stood out over all the others. That woman is certified personal trainer and fitness and figure competitor Nicole Wilkins. Yeah I know I just did a write up on her in January, but this five foot seven, 144 pound fitness beauty stood head and shoulders above the rest. In 2011 she competed four times, and she came in first place in all four contests. And two of them were the biggest contests in the world, the Arnold Classic (Arnold Fitness Weekend) and the Olympia (Joe Weider's Olympia Weekend). This is the second time Nicole has won the Figure International and the second time she won the Figure Olympia (though not in a row, Erin Stern won last year).
Nicole was born on February 5th, 1984 in Royal Oak, Michigan and has a background in dance, cheerleading and gymnastics. She fell in love with fitness and figure when she went to the Arnold Classic in 2002 and in 2007 she got both her IFBB Figure and Fitness cards... at the same contest.

Jessica is a female personal trainer, certified nutritionist and at one time she was a NFL Washington Redskin Cheerleader. It's been awhile since we did a straight up female bodybuilder here, so here is female pro bodybuilder Valentina Chepiga. Valentina was born on April 27th, 1962 in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
She's five foot five and weighs anywhere from 126-128 pounds (in season) to 135-143 pounds (off season). Valentina began bodybuilding in 1988 and switched to personal training in 1992. She moved to the US in 1999.

And here we have actress, certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, female fitness model and fitness champion, Ocean Bloom. Ocean is one of those women that have been able to combine size with a sleek, powerful physique. The last time I featured her I didn't say much about the movie work this beautiful lady has done, so let me correct that. She appeared in "Stargate SG-1" four times, three of those were as a female Jaffa. If you watched Stargate you know what a Jaffa is. If you didn't watch it, think "Female Warrior". Ocean has also appeared in "Psych" twice and she appeared in the 2002 movie I Spy.
In print, Ocean has appeared in in Musclemag, Ironman, Oxygen, Natural Bodybuilding, Woman’s Physique World, Healthy Living Guide and Shared Vision.
Ocean has a long contest history in women's fitness competitions starting with a 1st place win in the 1997 BodyMax Bodybuilding competition. That was followed by 1st place wins at the 1997 BC Junior Bodybuilding Championship, the 1998 BC Fitness competition, the 2000 World Natural Sports Fitness competition, the 2003 Fitness America West, the 2005 FAME World's Pro Fitness, the 2007 FAME Naturals Pro Figure and the 2007 FAME National Muscle.
