Xin Li Cao - Chinese-American bodybuilder



Chinese-American bodybuilder "Lili" Xin Li Cao (or Cao Xin Li) was born in Urumqi, China in 1981.
Lili started practicing Judo at the age of twelve and at the age of thirteen, she won the Judo junior women's champion in the National Games.
She went on to win the Judo 52 kg class women's champion in the National Games at the age of fifteen and placed fifth at the Almaty International Judo Competitions.
Lili switched to weightlifting and then started bodybuilding in 1998.
From 2000 to 2008 she competed in the first General Assembly Session of the National Sports Competition, the Chinese National Bodybuilding championship, the Asian Bodybuilding Championship, the seventh World Games in Germany, the third Chinese Games bodybuilding championship, the NJ Golds Classic Bodybuilding Competition, the New York World Championship and the Eighth World Games in Taiwan.

I know that cute isn't a word usually associated with bodybuilders, but something about Lili just seems...cute.

Seon-hwa Hwang - Korean Fitness Beauty



Here is a stunning Korean fitness beauty I can find almost nothing about.
I ran across Seonhwa Hwang over at Girls With Muscle, and you can go there and see a lot more pictures of her.



But pictures is all I can find.
It's a shame too, because look at her!

IFBB Fitness Pro Min Yung Kim

IFBB Fitness Pro Min Yung Kim was born on February 8th, 1970 in South Korea.
She is a Gymnastics Instructor, Personal -Trainer and Fitness Model.
She has been in several fitness competitions, among them the 1998 Jan Tana Pro Fitness Classic, 1999 World Pro Fitness and the 2000 Atlantic City Pro-Fitness Classic.
Min has also graced the covers of a ton of magazines including MuscleMag, IronMan, Flex and Oxygen.
