I just did my annual list of the top IFBB Bikini pros and here is the beautiful young lady that came in at the top.
Jessica Jessie.
Jessica is a female personal trainer, certified nutritionist and at one time she was a NFL Washington Redskin Cheerleader.
I've read that she was from both Fairfax, Virginia and Rockville, Maryland, so I dont really know.
Jessica went from the NPC ranks to the IFBB Bikini Pro division in 2010.
Before that, she was destroying the NPC division...

The Women of the 2011 Olympia Weekend

The Women of the 2011 Olympia Weekend

Earlier this year I did a write up on one of the biggest competitions held by the IFBB (International Federation of BodyBuilding and Fitness), The 2011 IFBB Arnold Classic, Ms. International, Fitness International and Figure International.
Well now the other major competition for the year is over.
Joe Weider's Olympia Weekend ran this year from September 15th to the 18th.
Of course most of the big names were there, but I missed seeing a few listed that I figured would show up there.
Anyway, like I said, the weekend is history now, and here are the big winners....



Ms. Olympia
The Ms. Olympia title has been around since 1980.
The winner this year is the same lady that won at The Arnold, Iris Kyle.
Besides winning the Arnold title six times, this is the sixth time she has won Ms. Olympia.
This ties her with the legendary Cory Everson.

It was just started in 2003.
This years winner is the same woman that won the Figure International at the Arnold, Nicole Wilkins-Lee.
This is the second time Nicole has won the title, but not in a row.
Last year Erin Stern broke her run.

The Fitness Olympia title was started in 1995.

Michaela Augustsson - Body Fitness

This lovely young lady is Michaela Augustsson.
Michaela was born on January 10th, 1987 in Karlstad, Sweden.
She has trained at the Iron Sporthalle, Njoy in Vasteras and Kit Karlstad.
Michaela is five feet, four inches tall and weighs around 130 pounds.

At the Lucia Cup in December 2010 she came in 6th in Body Fitness (which I think is like our Figure division in the US) and she came in 16th at the Battle of Scandinavia in April of 2011.

When she isn't competing, Michaela studies physiotherapy (physical therapy) at the Mälardalen University in Sweden.

Jamie Rankin - Top Female Fitness Models

This lovely young lady may well be on her way to becoming one of the top female fitness models.
She is fitness model Jamie Rankin from Maryville, Missouri.
Though I don't see where she has competed in any contests, I really think she should look into it.
I think she might have a future as a figure or a fitness competitor.
