Gorgeous IFBB Fitness Pro Trish Warren was born on June 9th, 1979 in Webster, Texas.
Just by looking at her, you can tell that this five foot two, 120 pound fitness beauty is solid.
She packs more muscle than a lot of the other female fitness competitors, but you gotta admit, she packs it very well.
Trish is married to the IFBB professional bodybuilder Branch Warren, who is huge in his own right.
You think they call him "Quadrasaurus" for nothing?

Laura London - NPC Figure Competitor

This stunning young lady is a figure competitor, fitness model, author and personal trainer Laura London.
Let me also mention here that she is a mother of three and she's 44 years old!
Oh, and she started training when she reached her forties.
Yes "started training when she reached her forties", you read that right.
She entered her first Figure Competition at the age of 43, and came in third!
I have said this many times here so let me say it again....
It is NEVER too late!

IFBB Fitness Pro Nicole Rollolazo is a female fitness competitor and personal trainer.
She has a long list of fitness competitions under her belt including 6th place at the NPC USA Fitness Nationals in 1998, Overall title at the Miss Fitness Emerald Cup in 1999, she won the Los Angeles Fitness Championships and the 2002 USA Nationals.
She also appeared on “The Ultimate Weight Loss Race.” with Dr.Phil.
