Sandi Stuart - IFBB Fitness Competitor

This beautiful young lady is IFBB pro Sandi Stuart.
Or I should say DOCTOR Sandi Stuart.
Yes she is an Emergency room physician in Florida.
She got her IFBB pro card at her win at the 2009 NPC Jr. USA Bodybuilding, Fitness, Figure and Bikini Championships.
But Sandi hasn't had an easy road, she suffered a hip injury back in 2007 that almost ended her fitness career.
Sandi is 5'4 and weights 138 pounds normally, but drops down to 128 for contests.

Tanya Merryman-Female Fitness Competitor

Female fitness competitor and figure competitor Tanya Merryman was one of the first women I profiled here on this blog.
That was back in June of 2007.
Actually I did my first entry on her on my Beautiful Women blog back in February of 2007.
But where a lot of fitness models fade away, Tanya has come back stronger than ever.

Tanya won the Fitness America Pageant title back in 1998.
And even though she has taken time off in the past, she is coming back like gangbusters now.
Even though for the moment she is sidelined with a ACL injury according to her blog.

Fitness Model: Karen Pang

This is kind of a cross over post, as I have done a couple of write ups on fitness competitor, fitness model and swimsuit model Karen Pang over at my Asian Fitness blog.
She even came in third in the most popular women on that blog for June.
Karen stands 5'2 and weighs 107 pounds, and she can look very ripped and lean for fitness shots, and look softer for swimsuit photos.

Jenn Jackson is a NPC national figure competitor and fitness model.
She was born on October 17, 1975 in East Tawas, Michigan.
Jenn is 5'2 and a half and weighs 125 contest and 135 off season.
She has a very lean, ripped physique and striking eyes.

This beautiful young lady is certified personal trainer, model, actress and hostess of The Fit Show, Hilda Castillo.
Hilda was born on Sepember 14th, 1979 in Merced, California.
She is of Spanish, Italian and Chinese desent.
Hilda is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 106 pounds.

Her parents are smart, when they saw her potential at age 12, they not only enrolled her in the Barbizon school of modeling but Tae-Kwon-Do as well.

This beautiful young lady is figure champion, personal trainer, and model Angela Mraz.
Angela has had a stunning career with the WNBF in the past, but now that organization has banned her.
Hard to believe isn't it?

Nora Girones

Spanish fitness competitor Nora Girones.

Nora Girones went from singing to bodybuilding.
I don't think that's a transition we've had on here before.
Usually it's gymnast or swimmer or something like that.
She appeared on "Popstars", pretty much the Spanish equivalent of "American Idol".

Joanie Laurer, Chyna

Before she became the "The Ninth Wonder of the World" Joanie Laurer aka Chyna tried her hand at fitness competitions.
According to everything I've read, she didn't do well, but I think that's because with her size and build, she should have focused on Bodybuilding instead.
But the fitness worlds loss was pro wrestling's gain and she soon appeared on the then WWF as Triple H's bodyguard valet.

Joanie started out lifting weights and working out as a way to get away from the domestic turmoil at home.
But it wasn't really until she met Gerry Blais, a bodybuilder at World Gym in Londonderry, New Hampshire that things took off for her.
She dove into training and entered fitness competitions.
The only ones I could really find were the 1994 ESPN Fitness America Competition and the 1996 New York City regional of the Fitness America Pageant.

Oksana Grishina, IFBB Pro Russian Fitness Competitor

Oksana Grishina is IFBB Pro Russian Fitness Competitor.
She was born in Kaliningrad, Russia.
This 5'3", 116 lbs lady started her professional career while working in a Fitness Club as a personal trainer.

Fitness Model: Rachel Grant

Rachel Grant was a fitness model back in the 1990's.
Again she seems to have vanished.
But in the 90s she appeared in Muscle and Fitness and various other fitness magazines.
That wild mane of blond hair and her blue-gray eyes made her very popular.
Now a search for Rachel Grant gives you the actress Rachel Grant.
Very attractive woman, but not the same one.

Pirkko Kaisanlahti - Fitness Female

This is one of the problems I run into doing this blog.
I find a fitness model like Pirkko Kaisanlahti, but except for a few pictures, I can't find out anything about her!
But, I like to try to show little know fitness models and fitness competitors as well as famous ones, so here she is.
