This is one of those things I hate about doing this blog.
I ran across a picture of Savannah Rose on Tumbler and I can't find a thing about her other than pictures.
I say "Fitness Model" in the title because she is fit and she looks like a model.
But that's about all I have to go on.
All I could find were a few pics from around the web, but I have a feeling we'll be seeing more of her soon.

This is NPC Figure Competitor, dancer and model Swann Cardot.
You know when you see a model sometimes you think, "I don't know what it is...but she's got it!"
Well looking at Swann gives me the same feeling.
Kinda like the first time I saw a picture of Jennifer Nicole Lee.
Swann was born on November 19th, 1986 and has lived all over the world (France, Belgium, South Africa, Canada and finally New York City).

Gina Trochiano - IFBB Pro Figure Competitor

IFBB Pro Figure Competitor Gina Trochiano was born on March 24, 1977 in Brooklyn.
She was raised in Staten Island, and currently lives at the Jersey Shore.
This fitness beauty is not only an IFBB Pro, but also a Cellucor Sponsored Athlete and the Cellucor Director of Athlete Relations.

Fitness Model, Cassandra Hope

This beautiful young lady is fitness model Cassandra Hope.

Cassandra is from Toronto, Ontario, Canada ( I still say they are doing some kind of genetic engineering up there).
She is 5'4 and weighs 125.
I think she is gorgeous, but to compete (and she does) she may have to get a bit more ripped to get the judge's attention.
I don't think she has any trouble getting attention from anyone else though.

Jackie Roberts - Tri Fitness Athlete

Usually the ladies featured on here are well rounded.
But Jackie Roberts takes that to another level.
She is a FAME Bikini Model Pro, Women's Tri-Fitness Athlete, ON/ABB Sponsored Athlete, fitness model, swimwear model and a personal fitness trainer.
And Jackie graduated Washington State University with a major in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Spanish.
She's competed in Bodybuilding, Fitness and Figure competitions.
But that probably seems tame next to her love of competing in Women's Tri-Fitness challenges.
These events usually consist of a Fitness Event ( they perform a a maximum 2-minute routine, and are judged on strength moves, flexibility, endurance, choreography and overall performance and presentation), Fitness Skills (box jump, bench press and a shuttle run), Obstacle Course ( pulling out all the stops here with a 10 foot Wall, Running Grid, Incline/Decline Monkey Bars, Balance Beam, 15 foot Cargo Net, Shuttle Run, 2 Low Hurdles, Steeple chase jump over water, Sprint and Under and Over Bar) and finally an optional Grace/Physique round.

Pauline Nordin - IFBB Fitness Competitor

This striking young lady is Pauline Nordin.
She is an IFBB fitness competitor, pro figure athlete, fitness model, certified fitness trainer and journalist.
Pauline was born on July 23rd, 1982 in Ystad, Sweden.
She was the Swedish trainer in the version of the TV show Biggest Loser and she was in the pilot for Sunset Tan on E!
Pauline has also been in and on the cover of several magazines, among them Oxygen, BODY and Ironman.
She began training in 1999 and began competing in 2002.
This young lady has maybe one of the most perfect sleek overall looks.
Pauline has competed in the 2007 IFBB Colorado Pro/Am Classic Bodybuilding And Figure Contest, the 2007 IFBB California Pro Figure Championships, the 2007 IFBB Pittsburgh Pro Figure Championships, the 2006 IFBB Europa Super Show, the 2006 IFBB California Pro Figure, the 2006 IFBB Pittsburgh Pro Figure and the 2006 IFBB San Francisco Pro.
She currently lives and trains in Venice Beach, California.
Her husband Pavel Ythjall is a freelance director, d.o.p and still photographer.

Melissa Coates was born June 18, 1969 in Thunder Bay, Ontario. She is a professional wrestler, fitness model, and former bodybuilder. She has also appeared in the first two seasons of the GSN show Extreme Dodgeball.
Melissa can bench press 250 pounds.
When Melissa signed up with the WWE, she wrestled in their Ohio Valley Wrestling training program. There she faced several ladies that would go on to become famous WWE Divas including Beth Phoenix, Jillian Hall, Mickie James, and Melina Perez.

She is currently working with Women's Extreme Wrestling.
She was also voted Voted Best Female Wrestler in Georgia 2007.
