Jessica was born on March 7th, 1983, is five foot four and weighs 116 pounds.
As a personal trainer, Jessica runs Physique Pros which is her own personal training and consulting business.
As a fitness model, she has appeared on the covers and inside publications like FLEX, Optimum Lifestyle, MuscleMag and Muscle and Fitness Hers.
And as a Figure competitor...well she has done quite well....

This beautiful young lady is Stephanie Mahoe.
Stephanie Mahoe is a Vitrix Model Team Member, a Demo Representative, a NPC Bikini Competitor and a fitness model
Before getting into fitness modeling and bikini competitions, Stephanie had a life long love of physical activity with soccer, surfing (she was born and raised in Hawaii), softball, track, water polo and she worked as a personal trainer.
She's five foot five, 121 pounds and her measurements are 34-26-35.
Stephanie has appeared in FitnessX Magazine and Natural Muscle Magazine and before you think she is all "show" and no "go", here is her competition history....

This is WBFF bikini competitor and fitness model Nadja Scantamburlo.
Nadja is half Italian and half Native Indian and is not only a bikini competitor and fitness model, but a stunt woman and actress as well.
She appeared in Power Corps. (2004) and did stunt work in Recon 2023: The Gauda Prime Conspiracy (2009).
And she does a really good Lara Croft.



In her very first 2008 FAME show, she came in second in the bikini division and finished fourth in fitness model.
That was with hardly any training.
She went back and trained for a little over a year and won the FAME World Championships and got her FAME pro card.

This is IFPA Figure Pro Cathy Cole.
In case you are not familiar with IFPA, it's the International Fitness and Physique Association that sponsors professional level natural competition.

Well at least I have read that she was a IFPA Figure Pro.
I went to the IFPA and couldn't find a thing on her.
Maybe she is just no longer competing.



Either way, finding any info on her is like looking for Bigfoot.
I got some pictures...but no real proof.

This lovely young lady is fitness model and female personal trainer Erika Thompson.
Erika is five foot four, weighs 110 pounds and was born in Montevideo, Uruguay, but she now resides in Manhattan Beach, California.
Before becoming a fitness model, she was into dance and gymnastics.
Erika came to the US when she was 21 and became a personal trainer and model, appearing on the cover of magazines like IronMan and Muscle Mag.
She has also done ads for for 4+ nutrition.



Now her goals have shifted off of being one of the top female fitness models, and onto Hollywood.
