Melissa Mok was another popular fitness model and female fitness competitor from the 90s.
Melissa was a bit larger than some of the other girls, but her sleek, balanced physique made her a stand out.
This five foot six, 135 pound fitness beauty came in 4th at the 1995 Canadian Fitness Championships, 10th at the 1996 IFBB Jan Tana Pro and 8th at the Women’s World Pro Fitness Championships.
She also appeared in fitness magazines like Ironman, Flex, and she was on the cover of the July 1996 issue of Women's Fitness and Bodybuilding.

Melissa Coates was born June 18, 1969 in Thunder Bay, Ontario. She is a professional wrestler, fitness model, and former bodybuilder. She has also appeared in the first two seasons of the GSN show Extreme Dodgeball.
Melissa can bench press 250 pounds.
When Melissa signed up with the WWE, she wrestled in their Ohio Valley Wrestling training program. There she faced several ladies that would go on to become famous WWE Divas including Beth Phoenix, Jillian Hall, Mickie James, and Melina Perez.

She is currently working with Women's Extreme Wrestling.
She was also voted Voted Best Female Wrestler in Georgia 2007.

Melissa appeared on the covers of Muscle&Fitness, Flex, Musclemag, Ironman and Muscular Development, as well as training articles, swimsuit and lingerie features.

In the 90's if you didn't know who Marla Duncan was, you weren't paying attention.
Marla was one of the first " fitness babes" that made people sit up and take notice that muscles could be feminine.
Marla was born in Fairfield, California, on July 19, 1963.
She was a fitness model and an active fitness competitor.

Another lady from the 90's, power lifter and fitness model Marjorie Orrante.
I dont know it this is the same Marjorie Orrante that appeared in the 1999 film" Where's George?" or not.
But I do think this the first power lifter we've featured.

Maria Gonzales was a fitness competitor and fitness model in the 90s.
She won the third Strong and Shapely Pro Fitness Contest, beating out the incredible Debbie Kruck, she placed fourth at the 1995 Jan Tana Pro Fitness and eighth at the
1996 Jan Tana Pro Fitness competition.

Mari Kudla-Donnelly was born November 26, 1979, in North Royalton, Ohio
She went from gymnastics to weight training to fitness competitions.
Mari is also a wife, mother, personal trainer, fitness model, and spokeswoman!

This is probably my favorite fitness model of all time, Margo Napoli.
She lacked the bulk of some models, but she was lean, ripped and cut up.
Margo left fitness modeling though I dont see why.
I think she could be even more popular today.
